My journey began in 2017 after graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition & Dietetics<\/mark>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

After completing my undergrad, I was accepted into my dietetic internship program in which I completed 1200 supervised practice hours at healthcare facilities all throughout Northeast Florida including hospitals, outpatient care, and private practice.\u00a0 Throughout my rotations, I was able to explore diverse nutrition-focused areas of practice including preventative nutrition, nutrition for the management of chronic diseases\/conditions, and sports\/performance nutrition.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

With the opportunity to explore the different areas of nutrition, I was able to truly see & understand how powerful of a tool nutrition can be in the prevention and management of chronic disease & the critical role it plays in each person’s health journey. I have experienced & witnessed the many challenges that are encountered throughout each person’s health journey & what it takes to push through different obstacles in order to reach certain health outcomes.<\/p>\n

I feel confident that these experiences, as well as my personal experiences\/ struggles related to nutrition, allow me to truly understand, empathize, and connect with each person I work with and catalyze the success of my clients.<\/p>\n
